Welcome to La Kasa Rosa. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all the terms, please do not use the platform.

This platform is intended exclusively for adults. By registering and using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Use. It is expressly prohibited to: Post videos that do not comply with our posting guidelines. Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair our servers or network.
5. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing access credentials is not permitted.
6. User Content
By posting videos on the platform, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the content and that it complies with our posting guidelines. We disclaim any liability for the origin of posted videos. Users assume full responsibility for the compliance of their videos with applicable terms and laws.
7. Intellectual property
The platform software, trademarks, logos, trade name, and other identifying elements of La Kasa Rosa are owned by La Kasa Rosa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit those assets without prior authorization.
Content posted by users (for example, media in albums) remains the responsibility of, and where applicable is owned by, the posting user or rightful third parties; La Kasa Rosa does not claim ownership of such user-submitted content in this clause. Additional restrictions on off-platform use apply to content from verified Creator profiles (section 20).
8. Limitation of Liability
La Kasa Rosa is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements. We will attempt to notify users in advance whenever possible but will not be liable for any damages arising from the interruption.
11. Communication
We may send emails for password verification, important notifications, and other relevant communications regarding the use of the platform.
12. Improper Use
It is prohibited to use posted videos outside the platform without our express permission. Any misuse will be treated as a violation of these Terms of Use.
13. General Provisions
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and La Kasa Rosa regarding the use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a competent court, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
14. Suspension and Termination Rights
La Kasa Rosa reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Use or any applicable law, without prior notice. If we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity linked to your account, we may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Kasa Rosa from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms of Use.
16. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the changes on the platform and notify users via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the platform is based, without regard to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

20. Verified Creator profiles
1. Nature of the program
La Kasa Rosa may designate certain public profiles as verified Creators. These profiles are a distinct category from other content and other profiles on the platform.
2. Verification, monitoring, and use
The profiles listed below are verified and monitored by the platform under the policy that applies to verified Creators. Content published on those profiles must not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or used outside the platform without express authorization, except where the law clearly permits otherwise.

4. Distinction from other profiles and content
The existence of verified Creators does not mean that other profiles or content on the platform are verified or monitored in the same way, and it does not constitute endorsement, co-authorship, or any legal association between that content and verified Creators.
5. Copyright
Material made available on verified Creator profiles is protected under applicable copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree that verified Creators and their content are subject to this section.
